An HTF300X injection moulding machine is supplied to Ultrafast mouldings in Cannock. 

From their modern facility based in Cannock Staffordshire, technical moulders Ultrafast Mouldings have increased their moulding capability to 300 tonnes, by accepting delivery of a Haitian HTF300X, following in depth examinations of the Haitian machines running at the Premier Moulding Machinery (PMM) “Working Showroom” near Aylesbury. This machine was fitted with a special air ejection sequence, running from both fixed and moving platens as specified by Ultrafast.

Premier Stock Machines Arrive in the UK .

In reaction to the favorable reception Premier Moulding Machines received from the visitor’s at the recent PDM exhibition held in Telford and as a response from processors who are under increased time pressures to bring projects in on shorter time scales. A selection of moulding machines ranging from  58 tonne to 300 tonnes  were ordered with a comprehensive specification to include Bi-metallic screw & barrel, Hydraulic core pull, twin air blast and robot interface.

Paul Hulin, Sales Director, commented “our aim is to set up a rolling stock situation of the most popular sizes of machines requested” which have included a number of medium to large tonnage machines.

 

March 2005.

Premier Moulding Machinery introduce the HTF range of Haitian machines to the UK market at PDM 05 in Telford. Premiers 75mtr square stand was well attended during the three day show and was visited by some major OEM customers. On display is a 150T HTF machine moulding a polypropylene business card holder with an integral hinge.
