Mars Hybrid machine "The energy saver"

Based on the ‘Haitian Saturn Series’, the ‘Haitian Mars Series’ improves on this through its innovative drive solution: a highly dynamic AC servomotor drives a gear pump, and achieves an energy saving of 20-70% when compared with conventional, asynchronous solutions with control pumps. The efficient servomotor is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 2,000 rpm, and only switches itself on when required. Through the extremely quick reaction time of 0.05 s (to 2,000 rpm) the energy-saving drive system achieves a high dynamic and thereby, significantly reduces cycle times, as well as achieving considerably higher precision when compared with standard hydraulic machines.
As with the ‘Haitian Saturn Series’, the ‘Haitian Mars Series’ also offers high-tech KEBA-control technology with models ‘1075’ and ‘4030’ for reliable process control and optimisation. The ‘Haitian Mars Series’ is currently supplied with 16 clamping forces, from 600 to 60,000 kN and has at its disposal an extensive catalogue of features for application-orientated configuration.
The Mars series of machines offer a versatile and economical alternative to an all electric machine. It offers both the energy efficiency of an all electric and improved process repeatability compared to a conventional hydraulic toggle. At a price point of only a 10-15% above a standard Haitian Saturn Series Hydraulic Toggle, the Mars Series is the machine to consider as energy costs continue to rise.
The machine features a servo motor driven gear pump hydraulic configuration which delivers oil when needed for the various functions. The motor pump combination is idle when motion is not required - such as during the cooling or hold time during the cycle. The Mars Series Conforms to CE regulations.
